Usually, the bolts are tightened diagonally and tightened step by step in multiple times, so that the gearbox can be evenly stressed and deformation or displacement caused by excessive or insufficient local stress can be avoided. After each tightening of the bolts, the position of the gearbox needs to be detected again using the measuring tool to ensure that its position has not changed.
Ensuring the concentricity of the connecting shafts of the gearbox and other transmission components is a difficult and important point in the installation process. If the concentricity is not up to standard, the gearbox will generate vibration and noise during operation, accelerate the wear of gears and bearings, reduce transmission efficiency, and may even cause damage to transmission components, seriously affecting the normal operation of the screen printer. In order to meet the concentricity requirements, during the installation process, the connecting shaft and the shaft hole of the gearbox should be carefully adjusted. At the same time, the experience and feel of the technicians also play an important role at the installation site. Experienced technicians can keenly perceive whether there is a problem with the concentricity by the feel of the connecting shaft when it rotates, and make adjustments quickly.
After the gearbox is installed, it does not mean that the work is over. A comprehensive inspection and test is still required. First, the fixing bolts of the gearbox should be tightened again to ensure that they will not loosen during subsequent operation. Secondly, manually turn the entire transmission system to check whether the gearbox and other transmission components are smooth and whether there is interference. Finally, start the screen printing machine, let the gearbox run for a period of time under actual working conditions, and observe its operation, including vibration, noise, temperature and other indicators. If any abnormality is found, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately for inspection and adjustment until the installation of the gearbox fully meets the requirements.
